Shangde employs well-versed educators in Shanghai and has set up workshops to carry out specialist training.  More than 50% of our staff has won national and municipal scientific research or teaching awards, including Mathematical Olympiad National Level Coaches and Classroom Teaching Contest winners. They are energetic, enthusiastic and creative, forming a systematic structure which is comprised of experts as the foundation and outstanding teachers as the backbone.

“Splendid class, efficient lesson” is a motto which represents the pursuit of perfect teaching by all teachers in Shangde. Teachers design the classroom teaching by injecting “interests, habits and methods” into each lesson in order to motivate students and make them the essential parts of the classroom.

As a boarding school, Shangde focuses each detail of life with whole-heartedness, providing an individual humanistic service.
